Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
At MSEM (ModakPriye Subhkarni Event Management), we value your trust and strive to deliver the best possible experience for every event. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking our services.
1. Advance Payment
To confirm any event booking, a 70% advance payment is required at the time of signing the agreement or confirming the event.
This 70% advance is strictly non-refundable, as it covers initial planning, resource allocation, vendor bookings, and blocking of dates.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining 30% of the payment must be made at least 3 days before the event date.
In case of failure to make the balance payment within the given time, MSEM reserves the right to cancel or suspend services without further obligation or refund.
3. Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels the event for any reason after paying the advance, no refund will be issued.
If the event is canceled after full payment, only the unused portion of the 30% balance (if any) may be considered for partial refund, at the sole discretion of MSEM.
4. Cancellation by MSEM
In the rare case that MSEM must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.), we will make every effort to reschedule the event or offer service credit.
If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be issued, excluding the non-refundable 70% advance.
5. Event Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your event, we will try to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the original event date. If not, additional charges may apply.
6. Force Majeure
MSEM shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural calamities, political unrest, or public emergencies. In such cases, refunds will not be guaranteed.
